Congratulations to Hannah Heiberger on receiving the Good Sportsmanship award at the Sectional Championship.

Congratulations to the 8th Grade Lady Pumas on winning the sectional championship and advancing to the state tournament! Back to back trips for these Pumas!

Ms. Erickson's class had a special guest today for their holidays around the world reading unit. Southwest Airlines pilot Dave Burr came and spoke to her class about flying & traveling around the world. He read with them too. He showed many pictures of his day as a pilot.


The three primary reasons for an author's purpose are to Persuade, to Inform, and to Entertain (PIE). Mrs. Frund's class played a game today to help remember this acronym and they even convinced Mrs. Balestri to play! She was lucky the first time around but not the second time!
