Throughout the week, students at PCES earn Dojo points for good behavior. On Fridays, students get to spend their points at the Dojo store. The store contains both tangible and non-tangible items. Some of the most popular items are VSCO stickers, raffle tickets for monthly prizes, candy, mystery prize from Mrs. Balestri, and lunch with a staff member.
PCHS Graduation will be held Sunday, May 18th, at 2:00 PM. More details will come as we get closer, but mark your calendars now!
PCJH 8th Grade Graduation is scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd 6:00 pm at Putnam County Jr, High. More details will be coming regarding practice schedules, seating, parking, etc.

These two kindergartners purchased the Hallway DJ with their dojo points. Then led the school in dance first thing this morning. They were adorable and great dancers.
These super smart Mathfact Masters knew ALL the facts Mrs. Mott gave them. WOW! Of course we celebrated with a super loud hallway Yee haw!
Short on subs today so I get to have an awesome day in 6th Grade Math and hang out with these super kids!!

Matthew and Blake did an outstanding job in Dixon on Saturday! Matthew earned a bronze third place medal and Blake earned a gold first place medal and advances to the state competition in March. Congratulations to both!

Mrs. Rodriguez arranged a virtual meet and greet with children's author, Monica Roe and PCES 4th grade students. One of Roe's books called, "Air" was recently recognized as a 2025 Bluestem award winner, and since several of our students have already read the book, they were able to ask questions directly related to it. Thank you, Mrs. Rodriguez and 4th grade teachers for giving our students this experience!
