Parents/guardians,
The incoming sixth grade class for the ’09-’10 school year will require a full physical exam. This summer you may notice an ad in the newspaper and on the school website for sports physicals. These sports physicals will NOT be enough to meet the requirement. However, a full physical can be used for both school AND sports. This information will also be on the school website pcschools535.org.
